This is one of the nicer zesters I've owned this zester is by Raniaco. This has a long 8 inch stainless steel blade and a large rubber handle that is easy to grab onto. The blades are very sharp making it easy to zest hard cheeses and lemons or oranges. This is good for other items like ginger, coconut, chocolate and carrots. The long blade has a plastic cover to protect your fingers from the blades. The zester is dishwasher safe although the cover is not.
