This is a eyebrow pencil with brush that comes with three different colors by LJCCQ. The color is easy to change the cartridge pops out and the other color goes in it's place. The colors go on easy and if you make a mistake you can rub it off. After applying the eye brow pencil to my brows I brushed in the color. I still had my brows on by the end of the day.
