These are dog nail clippers by BestSl. The clippers are made well they are very sturdy and easy to use. I am disappointed although as the scissors and file did not come only the clippers. The clippers are sharp and have a spring that open them after each squeeze. There is a clip to keep these in the closed position. The teal part of the clippers is non slip.
