I am happy to have tried these out, these are rotating flag pole mounting rings with metal clips from CO.OPMART. These are for 1” in diameter flag poles. My fla...g always gets wrapped up on the pole, I have been using this for a couple days now and have not had to unwind my flag and it has been windy in the evenings here. This slides onto the pole and screws down, then hook your flag to the metal hook. The flag freely rotates around the pole.
