This red dog harness by SunGrow adjusts from 14 to 20” around the body of the dog it is not adjustable around the neck. This harness has a clip to easily put on and take off the harness. There is a secure metal D ring to attach your leash to it. I ordered a size medium and it doesn't fit my Chiweenie, she weighs 19lbs. This medium is for a very small dog like a Chihuahua or something small like that. The straps are strong and the red harness part is padded with no sharp edges anywhere on it.
