I have bought many other brands of these whitening strips for my husband and have really never noticed a big difference. After using these iWhite strips after one use we both noticed a difference. He is using these without having to ask and I noticed a great difference after 7 treatments of 30 minutes each time. He does these about every other day or so. The strips stay put and don't slide arou...nd. We used the tooth color chart it came with to see his shade in the beginning and it was at an 11.5, now after the treatments he is at a 10.
