This is the Gideon Cervical Neck Traction Device. This is for use of instant relief of neck and shoulder pain. This neck traction device is an alternate pain remedy. I wake up some mornings with neck pain that give me slight headaches. I have tried so many different pillows and still have not found the right one. I decided to try this neck traction device out for the pain I wake up with. After I put this around my neck and close the Velcro the next step is to pump it up until... I feel some relief. I have used this once since I received it for the pain and I did notice some relief after using it. For best results use 2-3 times daily for 30 minutes.
