This ceramic knife by Aicok is a 6 Inch professional kitchen knife with a non-slip handle and a protective sleeve. I was not familiar with ceramic knives these do not stick to my magnetic knife strip. This 6 inch knife is very sharp it has no problem cutting through different foods.
