This Chef Remi 3-IN-1 Avocado Slicer With Knife, Pitter, Peeler And Scoop is a great tool. It does everything it says with ease. The knife cuts through the avocado well. The slicer scoop gets all of the avocado out from the skin. I had no problems using this tool. My daughter makes huge bowls of guacamole daily at work and wishes she could bring this into Chipotle to use. This tool is so much safer to use than a knife. Using the knife to get the pit out of an avocado has always been unsafe. The Chef Remi avocado tool is dishwasher safe.
