Chef Remi's grill mats are a find for $12.95, this is a set of two mats that are 16x13 inches. These mats are great to keep the messy part of BBQing at a minimum. These also are good for smaller items so they don't fall through the grates. I use mine in our Traeger BBQ, there is a large plate under the grates that the juices flow down into a bucket and these make for easy cleaning after done smoking or high heat cooking. These mats brush off easy and clean up fast in the sink. You can put these in your dishwasher if needed on the top rack. I have been using foil in our Traeger to help with the cleaning but I really like the mats better, these are cost affective.
