I ordered this Ab Roller by PureGoal for my daughter who loves to exercise and thought I would bring it out when I had some friends over. This roller definitely works, it looks easy but it is a hard workout. My daughter used it and did a couple of sets and made it look easy. My husband tried along with myself and a few friends and let's just say she is better at it than us. My husband said he could feel it in his abs the next few days after using it. This comes with a heavy duty pair of knee pads. This is well made and can handle a serious workout.
