This is the women's vintage V-Neck 2/3 sleeves A-line dress by HiQueen. The dress came with a tag stating the colors may run so you may need to follow those directions. I washed mine on cold water inside out and it did not run. I also dried this dress in the dryer. After washing the dress it MUST be ironed, the dress is very wrinkled after laundering. This dress was made well with no holes or loose threads. The material is thin but is not see through. The different colored material on the top would possible look better on a larger chest.
