These are the very sharp Meat Claws by Suptempo. These are very handy to own and easy to use. These are made from heavy duty plastic and are black mine did not have any wording on them. I washed mine in the dishwasher on the top rack and they cleaned up great. The meat claws come in a set of two. I have used mine twice now, I used them to separate our corned beef and for BBQ pulled chicken sandwiches.
