These are fun and going to be great to give as a gift or to decorate for a party. These are LED light up balloons by Qrooper. This comes with 3 packages of 8 assorted large balloons. Inside of each balloon is a flashing tiny ball wrapped in a mesh material that you need to pull a tag out of to start these to flash. Once these have been activated the balloons glow so pretty in a dark room. The balloons also come with clips to close or tie the string onto, the string is not included. I tried the clips and I ended up needed to tie a knot in mine as the air would escape from the balloon without the knot. I pulled the tab out of a white balloon at 3:30 in the afternoon and it was still going after 11:00 p.m. when I checked on it before I had gone to bed. These cost: $ 7.99.
