This is a Wifi smart plug socket outlet by Topoint. This turns on and off electronics with my iPhone. This will also work with androids as it is stated although we are iPhone people here so I could not try it out with an android. I went to my App store and downloaded the Broadlink e-control App. After the download I followed the directions to set up the App. After I successfully got the App to work I had to sync my phone to the socket, all of these steps were very easy and th...ere are instructions in the box. Now I can set up a timer with this App to have my light come on and off at a certain time. I can also just turn the light on and off with one push of a button on my phone. This is all compatible with Wifi so your phone needs to be on the same wifi as the outlet. I am looking forward to using this for my inside Christmas lights this year.
