This is a bathing suit cover made by Upopby. This is made of a 100% polyester material. The cover up is chiffon and lace, very pretty and feminine. I bought this for my daughter that is planning a trip to Hawaii soon and she loves it. The back of the cover is a soft lace that is not scratchy and all the rest is the see through chiffon material. This one is black in color. The seams are sewn together well, there isn't any holes or loose threads. I ordered a medium and this is true to size. This flows well while walking and in the wind, it is light weight and is not meant to keep you warm.
