This is the BINGPET dog collar with bling it comes with 5 charms. This collar is made for a smaller breed of dogs. I have it on my Chiweenie and she is just about to big for this one. The collar is black and white with some gold definitely one of the more fancy collars I own. The metal on the collar is a shinny gold color, and the collar is made of a soft material. The collar is adjustable from 10-inches to 12-inches, and is  1/2-inch wide. This color I would say isn't for everyday, I wouldn't want to hook up a leash and go for a run with it, although it is a strong collar. This is more of a decorative collar that has a small turtle with a rhinestone, two round crystals, a red, white and blue star and a black and gold colored flower charm hanging on it.
