This 8 Inch black ceramic knife from TheFitLife is a great sharp knife. The knife comes with a plastic sleeve to protect the knife and yourself while storing it. Since this knife is ceramic it doesn't stick to my magnetic knife board so I am very glad it has the plastic sleeve. On the handle of the knife there are bumps to not loose your grip.
